EMPOWERING women to conquer lupus symptoms with confidence
I offer a holistic approach when it comes to living with Lupus. My program is designed with not only your nutrition in mind, but I also focus on areas like stress management, low impact exercise and healthy sleep habits. This helps to improve your overall wellness.
I was diagnosed with Lupus (SLE) and Hashimotos in 2017. After my diagnosis, I found there to be a lot of conflicting information about how to stay healthy. I learned that a plant based diet can be a great way to help manage the symptoms of Lupus. Joint pain, fatigue and gut health are 3 of the big ones. I wanted to create a program for women who are looking to help themselves through a more holistic approach. By harnessing the power of plant based nutrition you can conquer joint pain, fatigue and optimize your gut health.
